1. Overview of TestBuddy Copilot

TestBuddy Copilot is an AI-powered platform that helps you generate and manage software test cases quickly and efficiently. It offers features such as:

• AI Test Case Generation from Figma designs, Jira tickets, screenshots, APIs, websites, and requirement documents
• Test Plan, Test Run, Test Suite, and Test Case Management

Your lifetime subscription provides continued access to these features as described below.

2. What Lifetime Subscription Includes

Your lifetime plan grants you:

• Lifetime access to the current and future standard features of TestBuddy Copilot
• A monthly quota of AI credits for test case generation and related actions
• Access to platform enhancements as long as TestBuddy Copilot is actively supported
• Access to core test planning and case management modules
• Basic customer support via email

3. AI Credit Usage Limits

While your lifetime subscription provides ongoing access, AI-powered features (such as test case generation) are subject to monthly usage limits defined in AI credits.

• AI credits renew every month
• Unused credits do not roll over
• If you exceed your monthly credits, you may: Wait for the next cycle

The current AI credit allocation is displayed in your account dashboard. We reserve the right to adjust credit limits with advance notice.

4. Exclusions & Restrictions

You may need to create an account to use some features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Lifetime access does not include access to premium features introduced in future subscription tiers unless explicitly stated
• This subscription is non-transferable and linked to your registered email/account
• Lifetime access is valid only for the lifecycle of the product, not your personal lifetime

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software—are the exclusive property of Churki or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content from the App.
• Reverse-engineer or extract the underlying code or algorithms.
• Use the content for any commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Payments & Refunds

• The lifetime subscription is a one-time payment and non-refundable
• No partial refunds will be provided under any circumstances
• Discount codes or promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are accountable for all activities that occur under your account.

If you detect unauthorized access, you must contact us immediately at support@testunity.com

7. Termination & Misuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without refund if:

• You violate our terms of service or misuse the platform
• You abuse AI credit generation mechanisms
• You attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the platform

8. Product Lifecycle & Discontinuation

TestBuddy Copilot may evolve over time. We reserve the right to:

• Add or remove features
• Sunset services
• Discontinue the product entirely with at least 30 days notice to lifetime subscribers

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TestBuddy Copilot and TestUnity Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of data, revenue, or opportunity
• Any damages resulting from delays, service interruptions, or platform limitations

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Insert City, e.g., Bengaluru, India].
